We use the same high quality parts for repairs as we do for our new systems. Our experienced technicians have repaired an enormous number of systems and have the skill and tenacity to troubleshoot nearly any problem.

What to expect when you bring a computer in for service...
At Amherst Computerworks, Inc. computer service and repair is done on a first come, first served basis. After doing an analysis, one of our technicians will call with the diagnosis, suggested course of actions, and an estimate for the cost of repairs. The total time of repair will depend on what actions or parts are needed to complete it. Faster service may be available for an additional fee.
The diagnostics fee will be applied toward the costs of repair labor.
